SHARING YOUR REPORTS

How to send your medical reports

Hospitals need your recent reports to suggest a treatment plan and estimate. Start with a short enquiry, and your coordinator will tell you exactly what to share and how.

Medical recommendations come from your qualified treating clinicians.

01

Start with an enquiry

The website form doesn’t accept attachments, to keep your medical information out of ordinary web traffic. Send a short enquiry, and your coordinator will reply by email or WhatsApp with the safest way to share your reports.

02

What to send

The exact list depends on your condition. Usually it includes:

  • A short summary of your diagnosis or the treatment your doctor recommends
  • Recent scans and imaging reports, such as X-ray, CT, MRI or PET-CT
  • Blood test and other lab results from the last few months
  • Biopsy or pathology reports, for cancer cases
  • A list of current medicines and any previous surgery or treatment
03

Tips for clear reports

Send clear, complete copies in PDF or good-quality photos, and include every page. Reports in English are easiest for hospitals to review. If yours are in another language, tell your coordinator.

04

How we protect your reports

Only your coordinator handles your reports. We share them only with the hospitals you agree to, and never use them for advertising. See our privacy policy for details.
