PRIVACY
Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Orvica Global collects, why we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. Last updated: 24 October 2026.
Medical recommendations come from your qualified treating clinicians.
Who we are
Orvica Global coordinates medical treatment in India for international patients. Our office is at 2707, Indiabulls ONE09, Sector 109, Gurugram 122017, Haryana, India. For privacy questions, email info@orvicaglobal.com or call +91 8800994214.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to help you:
- When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, country, WhatsApp number and the treatment you’re interested in
- When we coordinate your care: medical reports, test results and scans you choose to share, passport details for visa letters, and travel details for airport pickup and accommodation
- When you visit the website: a session cookie needed for security, analytics and advertising cookies if you accept them, and technical information recorded by our hosting provider, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit
- We don’t ask for medical reports in the website form. Please share them only when your coordinator explains how.
How we use your information
We use your information only to help you with your treatment enquiry. We don’t sell your information, and we never use your medical information or enquiry details for advertising.
- To reply to you by email or WhatsApp
- To review your case and request treatment plans and estimates from hospitals
- To arrange hospital invitation letters for your medical visa
- To arrange airport pickup, interpreters and help with accommodation
- To stay in touch for follow-up after you return home
- To keep the website secure, understand how it’s used and measure our ads, if you accept those cookies
Your consent
You give consent when you tick the box on the enquiry form, and again before we share your medical information with any hospital. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@orvicaglobal.com. Withdrawing doesn’t affect anything we did before, but we may not be able to continue coordinating your care.
Who we share it with
We share your information only when it’s needed to help you:
- Hospitals and doctors you agree to, so they can review your case and prepare a plan and estimate. Each hospital handles your information under its own privacy policy
- Interpreters, drivers and accommodation providers, only the details they need to help you
- Our email, hosting and messaging providers, and Google and Meta for website analytics and ads if you accept those cookies
- Government authorities, only when the law requires it
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details and coordination records for two years after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. We then delete them or make them anonymous. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
How we protect it
Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and our email system requires a secure login. Only staff who coordinate your care can see your information. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we’ll tell you without delay, explaining what happened and what we’re doing about it.
Your rights
Email info@orvicaglobal.com to make a request. We’ll respond within 90 days, and usually much sooner. If you’re not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. If you live in the UK or the EU, you may also have rights under your own country’s data protection law. You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you and how we use it
- Give you a copy of it
- Correct or update it
- Delete it
- Stop using it, by withdrawing consent
- Let someone you nominate act for you
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Analytics and advertising cookies load only if you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser. We never send your name, contact details, medical information or enquiry details to Google or Meta. We use three kinds of cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential: one session cookie keeps the enquiry form secure. It’s always on and is deleted when you close your browser
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4): helps us understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages they view and which country they visit from. Google provides this service under its own privacy policy
- Advertising (Meta Pixel): helps us measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show ads to people who visited our site. Meta provides this service under its own privacy policy
Children
If a patient is under 18, a parent or legal guardian should contact us and give consent on their behalf.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
