PANCHAKARMA TREATMENT IN KERALA
Panchakarma treatment in Kerala
Panchakarma is Ayurveda’s structured cleansing programme, planned and supervised by an Ayurvedic doctor. Orvica arranges Panchakarma at selected Ayurveda centres in Kerala, including your transfers and stay.
Medical recommendations come from your qualified treating clinicians.
What is Panchakarma?
Panchakarma means "five actions". After a consultation, your Ayurvedic doctor plans preparation with internal and external oils (snehana) and heat therapies (swedana), followed by the cleansing therapies that suit you, such as therapeutic purgation (virechana), medicated enemas (basti) and nasal treatment (nasya). A simple diet and rest are part of the treatment.

What shapes the cost
The main factors are:
- The centre and your room
- The length of the programme
- Therapies and medicines included
- Meals and yoga sessions
Where you can have Panchakarma
Orvica works with three Ayurveda centres in Kerala:
- The Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort, Thrissur
- Rockholm at the Light House Beach, Kovalam
- Elephant Pass Ayurveda & Yoga Retreat, near Kochi
How long to plan for
A full Panchakarma usually takes 14 to 21 days. Shorter rejuvenation programmes are possible but are not a full Panchakarma.
Before you book
Tell the doctor about any health conditions and medicines. Ayurveda supports well-being but does not replace treatment from your own doctor.
Plan your Panchakarma
Tell us your goals, health background and preferred dates. We share them with the centre that suits you, send you the recommended programme and a written quote, and arrange your airport transfers in Kerala.
